Zanzibar &
Beach Holidays

Zanzibar, an idyllic archipelago off Tanzania’s coast, is famed for its stunning beaches, rich cultural heritage, and vibrant history. As a top tourist destination, it offers a unique blend of relaxation and adventure with pristine white-sand beaches, crystal-clear waters, and coral reefs. Visitors can enjoy spice tours, water sports, and explore the Jozani Forest, home to the red colobus monkey. Zanzibar’s vibrant culinary scene, featuring fresh seafood and local spices, enhances its allure. Soraya provides a captivating experience for travelers seeking both relaxation and cultural enrichment.

Hiking & Mountain Climbing

Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak at 5,895 meters, is the tallest free-standing mountain in the world. Its ascent offers diverse climates, from tropical rainforests to an icy summit. Climbers can choose from six routes: the popular and gradual Marangu Route, the scenic Machame Route, the quieter Rongai Route, the challenging Umbwe Route, and the unique, less-traveled Lemosho (Shira) Route. Each route varies in difficulty and duration, providing distinct views and experiences for climbers of all levels.

Cultural &
Historical Tours

Cultural tours in Tanzania offer enriching additions to safari itineraries, providing a glimpse into the lifestyles of the country’s diverse tribes. Developed by the Tanzania Tourist Board and the Netherlands Development Organisation, these tours have expanded from select villages around Arusha to various regions, engaging with over 120 tribes and fostering an understanding of Tanzania’s rich heritage. Key sites include Mto wa Mbu near Lake Manyara, Maasai villages in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Hadzabe and Datoga tribes at Lake Eyasi, and agricultural practices of the Wa-Arusha and Wameru tribes near Arusha. These tours enhance travel experiences and support local communities through health, education, and environmental conservation, promoting sustainable tourism.
